From what I understand, the stock driveshaft will bolt up as it is a 3 bolt flange like the Challenger Getrag 3.06. Are the axle splines the same too?

These are major trouble codes and will cause the car to go into "Limp home" mode. In my case she didn't stall but also couldn't go more than 40km/h. The dealer fixed it under warranty by re-attaching the wiring and replacing the sensor. Been fine since and she's gone another 50,000km. Good luck hope this helps.
I just went through a similar problem with my 2015 300c Platinum. Both headlights went out, I took it to the dealer. The dealer diagnosed the problem and said I needed 2 new Hid bulbs and said it would be $675.00 and that included the $160.00 for the diagnosis. I told them it was too much money and picked up my car.

I have same vibration between 60 and 80 mph. 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8. Got new wheels, tires, road forced balances. Rhythmic harmonic low vibration only felt in seat and heard in floor board center console area. Taking it in to non dealer mechanic on Monday.
