In some interactions the 120 Hz is quite noticeable, but I feel like iOS’s graphics and animation stack is still smoother than Android so that bridges the gap a bit. When I used another friend’s iPhone 13 Pro Max a little while ago it was way more prominent to the point where my iPhone 12 felt janky.
Display. The iPhone 13 Pro has a 6.06 inch (154 mm) (marketed as 6.1-inch (15 cm)) OLED display with a resolution of 2532 × 1170 pixels (2.9 megapixels) at 460 PPI, while the iPhone 13 Pro Max has a 6.68 inch (170 mm) (marketed as 6.7-inch (17 cm)) OLED display with a resolution of 2778 × 1284 pixels (3.5 megapixels) at 458 PPI.
With respect to how Apple will differentiate its iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models, the leak suggests the entry-level, cheaper iPhone 12 models (iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Max) will both feature the same 60Hz display tech found inside Apple’s 2019 iPhone 11 range.
120hz, with the possibility to use 60hz if I want to save battery. 90hz would most likely be the best balance between battery life and giving the people a higher refresh rate. 120hz for me. Dont get me wrong I want longer battery life too, but with iphone 11 pro its already pretty spectacular.
